The New Jersey Chapter sponsors the following programs:
Family Services: The Chapter supports a range of medical, mental health, genetic, and social-service programs through the HD Family Service Center at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Education: The Chapter utilizes a variety of media to explain HD and the daily problems facing HD families to the general public. The Chapter has a lending library and publishes a newsletter semi-annually. The Chapter also works to publicize HD in conjunction with its fund raising events.
Research: The Chapter supports HDSA’s national research program. The Chapter also disseminates the latest research findings to families and the public.
Chapter Board of Trustees: The Board is composed of dedicated, hard-working individuals focused on providing HD families in New Jersey with the best care possible. The Board meets quarterly. Chapter Officers:
